This body of work for the Section of Plastic Surgery at the University of Michigan is an example of my experience developing a brand that serves as a clinical and an educational function for the target audience. The focus of this marketing plan was patient education incorporating satisfaction surveys, information packets for new patients, an educational website containing information on surgical procedures and clinical care instructions, educational videos, and print materials such as brochures.
